I do a lot of puzzle books and these pens write beautifully. I've tried many different brands and most of them either won't work at all or stop writing halfway through and I end up having to finish with a different color, if the color works at all. These pens never cut off or fade. Maybe it's because puzzle magazine paper is if a low quality, but it's still annoying when the other brands don't work. A pen should be able to write on any paper, and these ones do! I appreciate the quality, colors, and smoothness of the ink. These pens are worth the extra few cents vs other brands.

I am aways a Pilot G2 supporter, but this year, I happen to try Pentel EnerGel. And have been writing smoothly for some time now, don't smear, ink from metal tip and needle tip flows very fine! I am very impressed with Pentel quality aspect, not like other brands eg Papermate, which pen ink stop flowing after a while. Definely Pentel works fine. Can worth trying Pentel brand. I am not advertiser for any pen brands, but honest user, thank you.

I love these. I'm a pen freak. I try all kinds of pens and am very selective. The colors are very appealing. The pens write smoothly and evenly. They're lightweight and easy to hold. They're push open and close with no annoying caps to lose. They don't leak in your purse or backpack. The 4 stars instead of 5 are due to the ink not drying instantly. When using them to sign cards I have to blow one the ink and wait a couple of minutes before closing the card or the ink will smear onto the other open side of the card. They also will smear onto your hand if you rub it over the writing before it's dry. This sounds like a negative review, but it's not. Most all pens have the same limitations, with smearing being the worst aspect. I still love these pens and hardly ever have to replace them. Try them!
