We bought this for my son so he could pick up groceries for me (I'm disabled and have cancer). He loves it, uses it weekly.BUT after 3 months with it (he got it for xmas) 2 of the screw bolts snapped in half.I'm giving this 4 stars because the volts are easily replaced at the local hardware store.

Because it attaches to the seat post, the trailer will always be felt up your crack and this constant feeling makes the trailer feel broken

It rattled a little bit, but I put pipe insulation around the frame and it now rides quietly.

The cart was perfect, the assembly had a receiver with a hitch ball easy on easy off! press the red lever and remove the trailer cart. The cart can also be used as a hand cart due to the handles. Overall 5-star Plus!

Really cheap product.Wheels wobble like crazy, they’re super loose in the tube. One of the holes in the instructions was missing so we had to drill it to match the directions before I could even assemble it.Everything jangles around while riding. I don’t trust this for downhills in Seattle where I’m riding.Nice idea, low quality.

The box is plastic so it get hard after time and crack ,so when I get it the first thing i am going to do is build the box taller and out of plywood , taller so I can get more grass clippings and more food bags will fit from my local market which is 4 blocks away, I am handy capped so I really bought it for my 1954 Schwinn to control the balancing issue I have with the bike alone , it should work very well if not I have a welder and I will make changes , I also bought to collect river rocks for my gardenenjoy your wagon will add pictures to the changes I will make

This wagon has a lot going for it: a spacious wagon with a cover and solid wheels. Where it falls short is the universal coupler that connects to the bike's seat post. The description says the coupler would fit most bikes. Unfortunately, my seat post is too thin for this coupler (even with the plastic adjustment ring). The coupler kept sliding down the seat post and never held in place. I also suspect that this trailer was meant for taller people, over 5'7", because the wagon's arm barely had 2" clearance over my rear tire. This wagon would be ok if it was connected to a thicker bike post (over 1" diameter) and if you didn't need to collapse it. This trailer can't break down without tools.
