Great door handle and lock. I actually have this on my front door. It works well. If you lock is loose and you have play you will definitely be good. I have mine set up to hold my door in with all my locks so i do put in the code and have to pull on the handle to get it to release. I want it this way so my seal is as tight as I can get it. Just saying it doesn't have the strongest motor in the world but it works great. easy install.

I was so excited when I opened the product my family is currently modernizing our house and this is one of those special touches weโve been waiting for. Upon opening the product I noticed the bags were already opened, some were even empty. There even was a crack on the corner of the keypad border. For the money spent on it I would have hoped to get a brand new product and am disappointed to be receiving second hand products at full price. Will be returning this product immediately. I hope to receive a new product next time.Update: Iโm happy to say the company quickly worked with me to address the issue not only was I sent back a brand new product but I was also refunded as a response to issues taking place during shipping. I am happy to say Iโve had it on my door for 3 days now the installation we really simple and itโs served us well so far. I will say as far as the app I do wish there were more features available seeing as the only feature is sharing the device, creating a one-time code, and changing the devices name and master code. It would be nice if we could see the battery level on the door, have control of all codes and fingerprints so they can be easily erased from the app. Im still playing with it but from what I see if you donโt have the auto-lock feature on the only way to lock the door from the outside would be via key-access, a feature to manually lock the door using one of it other features would also be something to think about. Nonetheless the product does what it needs to and more importantly very happy with it and am so glad Iโve made this addition to my home. The auto-lock feature has been my best friend so far second only to the fingerprint access.

Works great. Can set auto lock after every 30 seconds so you never have to worry about not locking the front door!
