So when I opened it up I expected to see metal as stated in the description.... All plastic pieces.... Don't waste your time and money! I'm not even sure I want to even want to put them on my stand. I feel it would be a wasted effort. Product would be better if it was aluminum for light weight and longer to really get a limb to stay. As of now sticks just want to fall out. Not what you want when your drawing back your bow!

I was disappointed at how little strength these holders had. I tried them for one season and then had my son make me something better out of metal. The design is clever and compact, but I couldn't get a decent sized branch to stand up in it without breaking the branch. The basic problem seems to be that the branches bottom out in 1.3" of the holder. The ones my son made have a hole all the way through, with no bottom, My application was hemlock branches during the winter in New York state.

Great for breaking up your silhouette up in the stand. I’d recommend buying 3-4 to maximize your coverage.

Love the idea but I wish they were metal. Doesn’t seem like the weight of a limb will hold up long but we’ll see.

The clamps are plastic and they hold but when a decent wind would come they wanted to twist. On calmer days product was nice.

It was a gift but seemed to be exactly as advertised.
