着圧がしっかりしているので、履く時に苦労します。その分着圧の効果があるんだ…と自分に言い聞かせながら頑張って履き上げています(笑)着用していると圧のおかげか、脚が前に出やすくなり、小走りしたり下り坂でも脚への負担が和らげられている気がします。燃焼効果？のおかげか歩き始めるとすぐに脚全体が暖まります。五分丈も持っていますが、個人的にはこちらの方が安心感があり好みです（五分丈の方が断然履きやすいですが）

First I received the item with a hole on the left butt area.so I request for an replacement. Guess what? The replacement had a hole on the exact same spot.the shape and size, exact same.It leaves me no choice but returns it.I highly doubt it’s the manufacture issue.The quality is poor.the design of this item is good.it’ll lift up and tighten the upper thigh.
