I received a big horn outdoor pellet pizza stove as a gift, but figured out right away I need a pizza "peel:" flipper to slide the pizza into and out of the oven.Add a bit of corn meal or semolina flour under the dough or to the peel and it will slide easily where you want it to go.

Solid, yet thin enough to make it easy to quickly get under a pizza and remove it from my outdoor pizza oven when it's done. Dust it with some semolina flour before you build the pizza, and you will never have a failed launch with this.

The "convenient, fold-up handle" folds up FAR too easily. After dealing with this thing, I am NEVER buying a fold-up handle utensil again! It will not stay in locked position.
