They work good but they have to be closed in a trunk to sound good. I put them in my suburban and it just made all the bass sound weird

These speakers have a lot of power so if you don’t have the right amp and radio they won’t hit hard, reach their full potential, I replaced my radio with a powerful pioneer and I have a planet audio amp also, boy look a here, you can here me coming!!!!

For tha price I got them for this 12" can't hit hard if u know how to hook them up I have my 12 at 1 ohms with a amp class d 4000 watts peak tha same brand to so if u don't know how to hook them right even at 2 or 4 ohms u won't get what your looking for and one more thing make sure your ground wire is 0-1 gauge it going to need it.

On a road trip from the SF Bay Area to Las Vegas, the bass stopped abruptly about 1.5 hours into the trip. I thought nothing of the metallic burning smell wafting into the cabin of my 2008 Chevy Tahoe LTZ because we were braking on a long downhill and there were 18 Wheelers all around us. They had Jakes Brake, so no burning brakes. It was the tiny voice coils (2X12" DVC). They welded themselves solid and melted the cones at the motor. They were wired for a total of 1200 watts and I was sending a very clean 1000 from my Crunch monoblock. No thanks on the replacements. I installed 2X12" DVC Rockford Fosgate P3's. Increased my amp to the Crunch 3000 watt monoblock and I couldn't be more satisfied.Sorry, Not Sorry!Update:Almost a year later and the Punch/Crunch combo is still a knockout! I get lots of compliments on the clarity of my system, but the number of people that cannot believe 2 12" subs can produce that much sound is astonishing. The question I get most now is, "How many 15's are you running?" I usually respond with "4!".

Both 12 inch planet audio anarchy subs arrived very quickly , packaged well and are beautiful brand NEW 12 inch subs. very nice looking speakers , I already have 2 15 inch of these so I kinda new what to expect accept the 12 inch doesn't have the vent slits around basket base above magnet , I hope cooling isn't hindered but have yet to build enclosures and test but I'm Happy so far thanks to all involved.

Arrived pretty much the next the day, so did the box, switched out the old with these the same night, couldnt have been any quicker honestly, I just got the standard shipping to. They are as described, althought it takes a couple of days of about 2 to 4 hrs of low to mid volume listening umtil they break in, although still not bad, theres other subs that can take a month or more to break in, depends on what there made of, but anyways I only have them pushed at 1200 watts RMS, but they are rated for 900 RMS though, ill try and update when i get a more powereful amp and see how they handle the full 900 they still sound great though, especially for the price, it was a satisfying purchase
