I lost my standard cable that my TCL tv cord came with during our move, and since I wanted to use the tv without going through all the boxes looking for a cord, I bought this. I was looking at the 12 foot version since that one was the only one that specifically said in the description that it would work for the tv, but then I saw in one of the questions that someone asked if it would work for the TCL tv and they said yes, so I got the 3 foot since the tv is mounted on the wall and I didn't want to have a bunch of extra cord hanging. The only issue is that our mount is pretty close to the wall, with the outlet behind the tv, and the side of this cord that plugs into the wall hits the tv. It would be better if that side could be molded at 90 degrees.

I bought a Canon SX730 HS camera from China, and the charger power cord had a plug for Hong Kong. :-) They did provide an adapter for U.S. outlets, but I didn't want the bulky plug and adapter, so I ordered this power cord. It's a perfect fit and requires a bit less room to pack than the original cord and adapter.
