Arrived on time. Driver helped get large boxes into the house. Assembly was easy. They are not quite as solid as other furniture, but good enough. Look is elegant. Neighbors were impressed.

I received the sofa damaged in shipping, they immediately put in an order for a replacement which I received in just a few days, no hassle, the replacement worked perfectly and arrived without any problems. The screws that secure the central part of the Love-Seat do not hold well, they are loose. One of the sides of the sofa makes a creaking noise when sitting on it.
