Muy bonito el empaque pero no contenía el producto adquirido ( el precio es muy alto tan solo para recibir un empaque vacío) , solo venía el recetario. :(

I like to use this mold to make mooncake. It’s very easy to use and they even have recipes attached in the package. The instructions on the package are easy to follow, and it’s really easy to interchange the mold patterns.

The press seems sturdy and the designs are all different and beautiful. The recipe card included gives about 5 different flavors but no instructions on how to roll them properly or any cooking instructions. I have never made these before so I needed to look up more information online on further instructions.

The plastic attachment mold was tightened way too far so I needed to spend five minutes figuring out how it worked, then taking it apart, prying the attachment mold off, and building everything back up.Package arrived in an Amazon envelope but should have came in a box because the container top was cracked, likely due to shipping. Seller should use a box for future orders. Also, needed to spend time gluing the cap back on because I'm not going to request a replacement for this.Sturdiness is great because the actual product did not break or crack when applying a lot of force to pry it off. Plastic is decently strong. If I didn't have to spend so much time, overall rating and ease of use would be 5 stars.

Making my own moon cakes with this mold is a blast. By the third cake, I had figured it out and my first batch included a dozen perfectly formed, with sharp designs pressed into the top. I love the 6 different design choices. And, as expected, the homemade moon cakes are even more delicious than store-bought. I'll be using this over and over.

This mooncake mold is very practical! It comes with several different stamps that you can switch. Only takes a twist to lock and unlock the stamp within the mold, so it's very easy to use even in the middle of making mooncakes. It does a good job of stamping the dough with the print, but it takes a couple tries to have a clear and defined print on the dough. Anyhow, it is still very easy to use and an excellent tool to use when making mooncakes.

I really liked these molds. My mooncakes came out of it perfectly (though I used a bad recipe so the taste didn't come out). These are medium sized and so make larger mooncakes than I really like. I'm going to get the smaller size for next year.

I own other cookie stamps, but wanted some with a geometric style pattern. This set is OK considering that it's plastic and at a reasonable price point. Your success here is going to be very dependent on your dough recipe and your own skill in pressing down the pattern. The plunger is a little wobbly, so you need to try to push down evenly or one half of the design will be impressed more than the other. I lightly oiled the design face with a pastry brush and had no difficulty with pulling it away from the dough, but the patterns do have a lot of small crevices where some doughs may stick. You can't completely cut out the cookie with this plunger, you will need a separate cookie cutter for that or a small knife. The photo below shows several sad examples of one batch of cookies. The top cookie wasn't pressed enough, the bottom cookies weren't pressed evenly. But you can see the nice pattern made by the design! I will continue my baking experiments to find a great recipe for these stamps.

This isn't as big as the moon cakes you get from the chinatown bakeries. This makes smaller ones that you can eat in a couple bites. The system is easy to use, and the patterns come out clean on top of the cake. Next step: printing my own inserts!
