These knives arrived sharp and in excellent surface condition. Installation was easy and they fit a 6-inch King Industrial KC60 jointer without issues. After careful adjustment during installation, they cut a smooth, clean surface. I cannot attest to their durability but so far I am very pleased, especially considering the price.

The blades were purchased for a 1950 Delta 37-205 jointer. Arrived very sharp and packed together in a single plastic sack inside a reusable sliding plastic espresso-color container. Some reviews mention a compound bevel, yet both sets I received were single. The blades were identified in the middle with the Powertec logo. The original Rockwell blades were 0.093" thick and the Powertec are 0.117" which is few thousands shy of 3mm. The knife lock bar bolts had 0.08" additional adjustment which is enough to accommodate the new blades. The Powertec blades are 1/16" shorter than the 6 1/8" Rockwell. The Powertec are right-angle ends so do not have the 2-degree rabbit relief on the right end of the blade. Width measured 0.680" which is close to the stated 11/16". Fractions are not acceptable for this part. Especially for the thickness. Typical tolerancing for fractions is +/- 1/32. That is why decimal is more appropriate. The rating of HIGH SPEED STEEL is also not good enough. There are many ASTM ratings for HIGH SPEED STEEL which is not published for these blades. It's a direct comparison to not publishing a durometer rating for rubber or plastic. You do not know what you will receive. It's impossible to know Longevity which is one of the star-ratings when doing a review esp. when blades have not been installed. Most people's Longevity rating is very subjective.

It’s a bit tricky and dangerous to remove and replace jointer knives. If you are at all concerned about the switch out you should get help from a professional or buy a new jointer that fits your tool. Don’t risk your hands or eyes! Get help if you have any concerns!

The blades were a perfect fit in my now no longer produced jointer. After setting them (tedious, not the fault of the blades) the jointer works like new.

Blades were the exact dimensions in the description and were a good fit for my Powermatic Model 50 Jointer.- Checked against a known good straight edge and the blades were dead on.- Blades were razor sharpI don’t know how long these will retain their edge compared to other options but for the price they will work nicely until I can afford a helical cutter head.

I have a neighbor who doesn't use his jointer much, but wanted to do a job. he had his old blades sharpened and then they were too narrow. I got these and he had them installed and the job done in no time.

Although they say 5/8" they were 1/32" over and had to be ground down. Couldn't find knives with a rabbeting edge but seldom use that feature on my jointer. Seam sharp enough initially, time and material will tell.

The quality meets the needs for a hobby shop. Then you add in cost for the product,it's a no brainer. Value for cost is great.
