🧰Product installation:
🔸Turn the pressure cooker upside down. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws securing the bottom plate.
🔹Unplug the 3 plugs: higher level cable, lower level cable and black plug.
🔸Remove the sensor fixing screw with a screwdriver. Lift the sensor assembly out of the recess. And install a new replacement pressure sensor replacement.

I had to replace the instant pot sensor and got this because it said would fit in it. After getting it the spade connector is way too small. It's a 4.8 mm crimp while the instant pot brand is 6.3 mm crimp

Thought I had to toss my entire InstaPot away. I just looked up the error code displayed via the internet and multiple You Tube videos came up for reference. Followed one of them and voila...easy, economical repair with one less item going to landfill...well, except for the old part.

Easy to install, repaired my install pot like new. I determined that the failure of this part was due to two factors. First my model, Dual, does not have any drip shield installed under it to prevent liquids from a boil over on to the heat sensor causing a electral short out. Second, the manual mentions a posable boil over from inter pot into heating base. After I watched Ytube videos I noticed other models of Instapot HAVE this drip shield installed between the sensor switches and the mounting base. User error, yes, guess I filled it to full the 2nd time I used my brand new pot. Manufacturer error, yes, the design was changed adding a shield.

It perfectly fits my instant pot 6Q which had an error code of C6. After replacement, it works normal again.
