Great quality. Great for practice. Isn’t that what putting is all about. Helped me when I can’t make it out and want to feel the club in my hand. Different variable speeds do work. Don’t golf as it may cause creases, roll instead.

Great product and even after one use, I could feel my confidence grow significantly. I have reduced my 3 putts to almost zero after just 2 weeks of use.

While the bump/break is great for having fun, this mat is for understanding alignment, speed, and consistency. 8ft and in are most important in saving strokes and this product helps create that ability to gain strokes. If you are looking to self help your putting or just need more putts to get comfortable over the ball; buy this product and practice 15 minutes a day.

I debating buying any putting green mainly because I thought there is limited benefit from putting down a straight line. However I find this mat to quite good and well made. There is a very noticeable difference between the speeds, changing the mat speed is easy, the bumper ends saves you from chasing missed balls and the provided target hole is one of the better ones I've used and even bought another to have 2. The mat rolls out smooth and lays flat without getting bunched up.As far as putting mats go, I highly recommend this for practice.

Awesome practice aid! My putting has seriously improved, but it’s not so much about this mat specifically, this mat gave me the ability to realistically practice putting in my home. If your not practicing how can your putting get better? For me this mat was a perfect decision and training aid. The felt speed directions make this mat unique and worth the buy. Awesome product

The VariSpeed Putting System is worth the price. Works as advertised and easy to store. It's a permanent fixture in my living room and has easily shaved 10-13 strokes off my putting game with regular use over the past 3 months. The only thing you might not like is the 7.5 stimp setting. The ball creates visible ball traces as advertised, but those traces impact the direction of all subsequent, overlapping putts. The ball traces act as channels, so to speak. That said, I never use the 7.5 stimp. It's RIDICULOUSLY slow. I've yet to encounter 7.5 stimp on a course and I've been golfing Alberta for nearly 5 seasons.

Just got this today and love putting on it so far. The variable speed is pretty cool. I’ve only done three of the speeds, but each had a noticeable difference. The slow was pretty slow, which is nice because the course I play most sometimes has very slow greens. It seems like a good quality mat. The accessories are something I probably wont use much. Just want to focus on being able to hit my line. I paired it wit a putting hole that shoots the ball back (which is nice not having to retrieve) and an eye line putting trainer.

I received this yesterday and I am pretty impressed. I’ve been using a Wellputt mat for years and never thought I’d buy another putting mat. After seeing different speeds, I just had to give this a try.My only complaint with the Wellputt was the speed, which runs like 11-12 in comparison to the Varispeed 11 and 13 stimps.Pros:Variable speed - It is pretty amazing that the speeds changes. You can definitely tell the subtle changes in 10 and 11 stimps if you have a good feel for speed control. 13 and 7.5 is a huge difference.Design - it’s good to see more putting mats printing eyesight lines and the additional attachments, such as bumpers and hole are great. Although, I do recommend Puttout hole for any person who wants to putt to a hole.Break wedge - this seems like it could be useful. However, I need to tinker with this much more. I use aimpoint and was setting break % and a putting with a gate to ensure proper line. Wasn’t breaking perfectly but this could be due to my uneven floor or poor setup.Cons:Material - it is more of a fabric to create the variable speed, which is fine. However, it isn’t as heavy as other mats I own which causes it to slightly lift around some edges.Variable speed - let me explain. This could be a slight con depending on the person and what speed you’re looking for. You adjust speed by brushing into or against the “grain.” In my attached photo you can see the sheen when you brush with the grain with allows you speeds 13 and 10 spending which way you putt. These stay consistent, but if you want to putt 11 and 7.5 you have to go against the grain. The more you putt against the grain, your ball will move the grain back as you can see the lines of two ball rolls against grain in the picture. This will cause your ball to start going slightly faster with each consecutive putt. It would require brushing more often to maintain a desired speed. Could be a nuisance to some.Overall, I am happy with this. Variable speed to me is a major plus and I would recommend this to others.
