Order one or maybe even 2 sizes bigger than you think. Also, one foot pad ripped after about a month.

Had to return these, I’m going to get a set at my dojo instead. The sizing is totally off and could fit a child. I am 5 foot two, 135 pounds. Bought a size medium adult and it was still too small.Disappointed… And not happy that I had to pay the shipping to return it for the refund.

These are a high-quality product! They are very comfortable. And I have no doubt they will last quite a long time. These will be used on a regular occasion. So far they are very solid and are withstanding our routine. However, I am unhappy with the sizing. According to the directions of how to measure and gauge, I measured three times to make sure I was purchasing the right size. When these items arrived, they were much too large! Even though I had done my homework, my measuring, and ordered appropriately. I was a little frustrated because although the helmet fit wonderfully, the hand and feet gear did not. So now I had to reorder just the hand and feet gear which cost me more than a set of all three. Slightly frustrated in that.
