Junk - don’t buy. you will need to string these without instructions and glue the ends of the string so that they don’t fray.

These will be a little of a challenge to thread into the holes of the spinner. I suggest either using school glue to stiffen the end of the thread or using a blunt craft needle like pictured (if using a needle try it through the spinner hole before threading to make sure your needle will fit). I had to wind & spin several times on some of the spinners to get the light to work, but all of them did work, the sound on some I couldn't get to work. The children loved them and lights seemed more important to them than the sound. This is a cute improvement on the old button spinners my generation used as kids. This was a very nice addition to the gift baskets for the children.

Needs a better string because it's so difficult to thread it through the small holes when it frays so easily. Just not a good choice of string. The toy is really cool though. It makes noise when it spins and lights up. Kids liked them.

It is very complicated to put together the string unravels. And it is not worth it!!!!
