We have a small unit that has had everything but hot water. Now this void has been filled with the handy instant hot water heater. We feel that this compact unit, is a small luxury. When we are without something and then it becomes available is when we appreciate it, which is how we feel about this.The unit arrived with everything to put it together. Beyond the heater, there were three attachments that go on the bottom. Two water lines, an inlet and outlet, and gas line were included for this. The gas line was also furnished with teflon tape wrapped around this middle inlet. Exhaust tubing was there too, with a 90 degree angle for wall exit.We now have the luxury of hot water that was a straight forward installation. This unit that occupies minimal space is appreciated every time we feel the warmth it provides.

I like this tankless water heater for the price. I think it is a great unit for a smaller space with relatively low demands for hot water. But at 4gpm it could possibly handle a small household without too much issue.I will say that the hardware included wasn’t up to par for my build so I swapped it all out but it is great that they included it and it’s good enough to get the job done.The water heater is simple to operate with a nice lcd screen for temperature adjustment and it looks great. So I installed this bad boy for my two washers an sink its great product so far does the job I would definitely buy another one if i needed too as long as it last a year ill be happy we will seePs you will have pressure issues this unit reduces the pressure significantly

As soon as I saw this I knew I had to get it for our detached garage. It takes forever to get any hot water out there and my husband is constantly doing work out there and it would benefit him to have something where he could have some hot water whenever he needed it instantly. This came very well packed and secured and everything was perfectly as described in the ad even down to the measurements. There was no damage from delivery and everything was perfectly as described. No missing parts or pieces and my husband is very familiar with installing stuff like this and his buddy does this type of work for a living so they were able to take this past weekend off and get it fully installed and ready to go. Once it's installed everything works flawlessly as it should. We were very impressed by how quickly we can get water out there now. They said it was a pretty straightforward and simple installation if you know what you were doing. If you are unfamiliar you might want to hire someone to do it for you. All the buttons and all the controls on it are very well labeled so you can see exactly what's going on. Definitely functions as intended and works flawlessly! Very quick very heavy duty and well made. I'm sure this will easily last for years to come! Very impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship solid 10 out of 10. This is very energy efficient too and a total electric bill saver! There is minimal noise and it definitely does everything that it is supposed to do. Worth every penny in my opinion!

Here are a few things to consider about location: Don't put it in any enclosed space like a bathroom or bedroom or anywhere that is often kept closed. This water heater seems to be reasonably well made. Other than the gas/LP hookup, there’s also a power cord and a water input and output. The whole thing is made of metal and can easily be mounted on a wall. The top of the heater has an exhaust port and comes with a length of pipe and a 90° elbow.It does a great job of heating and doesn’t seem to have an issue keeping the water hot. I recommend it!
