Product easy put together with good picture instructions. Product works good. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the ignition does work. So I used a flame starter.

Does it work? Yes, totally functions and serves the purpose. So why 3 stars? It burns through propane. One canister only lasted me 5 or 6 weeds and I needed another one. So for the price of this device and the propane, it would be a better investment to get a manual weed puller.

This seems really qualitative- The steel is heavy and strong, I feel no flex in any of this when it's being used and the length is just right to reach toward the ground without being too heavy or wobbly. In just the last week I've had the opportunity to use it on both ice and weeds with great success. The ice was old buildup from the winter on the north side of my garage- it melted it quickly and now I can open that (rarely used) door that was iced over. I also used it in my gardens that I hadn't planted yet- my hope was to have killed off the weed seeds (and some of the more tenacious living weeds) that would have lain dormant over the winter so when I go to plant in a few weeks my soil surface is cleaner. (I didn't go very deep, I didn't want to kill off the good biology in my soil) I also used it in the area where I have been battling lesser celandine, I did burn deep in that area- I can replant the grass. I'll update in a few weeks to see how well it will have worked on the weeds.

Well made; a brass coupling accommodates a small propane tank (not included). 30" arm gives enough distance to operate comfortably. Easy ignition, adjustable flame. Lightweight; I find it most effective for burning away weeds, starting grills and firepits. Not sure I'd recommend it for heavy-duty tasks, but that seems obvious. by price point.

Propane Torch Weed Burner - 1,800,000 BTU Flame Thrower with Self - ignite.Arrived quickly boxed as a complete tool. This little propane torch is handy for small projects. With the ability to use only the smaller propane cans. It does heat up and has a decent flame. Easy to use yet a little awkward with the bigger little can of fuel attached. It appears to be a decent quality. Can't wait to use it on a another project. Weeds to gone!

I plan on using this for culinary duty; searing soue viede steaks, and starting coals on my charcoal grill. It connected up to a can of camp gas no problems; and I turned on the gas till I heard it, and it wouldn't light; I had to back the gas off quite a bit to light; which is on the instructions for the torch (keep gas low when lighting). Igniter works great. I burned a couple weeds on my paver porch, it made quick work of them. By my calculations; this thing will burn through a canister of camp gas in 25-30 minutes depending on how high you are blasting it; so for big job I would get one that connects up to a big propane tank with a hose.

I haven’t had the chance to use this Propane Torch Weed Burner yet, but it looks incredibly well-made and heavy-duty. The 1,800,000 BTU flame output should make quick work of the tasks I have planned in my workshop. The self-ignite feature is a great addition, making it easier to start up without needing extra tools. The build quality feels solid, and it seems easy to set up and use. I’m looking forward to testing it out soon—great to have on hand for various projects! Will update review once I have used it for a few weeks.

The last device like this I had broke a bit ago and I was looking for one this season. I use them for weed burning quite a bit during the growing season.I love that this one takes one of the smaller propane bottles. Lugging around a 5gal bottle can become a chore and I never thought to look for one like this. The flame seems good on it. Easy to use and much more mobile than my past ones.
