· About the handle Most brands use a normal plastic handle, the flame control lever is not wrapped. It is easy to leak gas during use. It can become very "sticky" with age. We used rubber grips and reinforced the flame control lever for more responsive flame control and less damage.

This literally took one minute to install. Simply screw it onto the 20 pound or other propane container that has an interior screw thread. The interior screw thread is the thread that was used 20 years ago and more, but continues to be on all new hand threads on the outside. Despite it being an interior thread, it does have a hand thread plastic surrounding to allow you to screw it in as if it was a typical barbecue fitting.Turn on the gas and the flame will immediately start once you hit the automatic strike button. You need to then pull the lever for the gas to increase the flow and there is a knob to increase or decrease the flow when the lover is pulled.Overall, it seems to work fine. Probably didn’t get five stars only because it did not come with an attachment that would allow for a more direct, smaller flame, which I think would’ve been a handy accessory.
