The actual wire cutter is not included even if the picture does seem to imply it does.

Bought this expecting side parts can be swapped to use it on right side of the hot wire. Not possible unless you 3D print your own parts instead of the stock ones. Would be good if that can be mentioned in the description / user manual. Otherwise - good quality and works OK.

The overall combination of the angle cutting with a fence is quite nice and combines 2 tools in 1. I haven't had a chance to work much with the angle settings, so can't comment. Using it as a replacement for the stock fence, some problems come to light. The fence has the gap for the wire to pass through, and the back of the fence does not have a rigid support so there is a little bit of flex to the fence and pieces of foam can catch in the gap. Also there is a 2cm gap at the bottom so you cannot cut flat pieces with the fence as is. Lastly the fence rail sits very tightly in the groove holding it in place and it cannot be loosened, so you. have to pull it out of the groove to move it, so it is a pain to reset the fence for a new cut. It would have been much better if proxxon had designed it with a mechanism to tighten and loosen it.I solved the first 2 problems by cutting a piece of 5mm mdf to fit over the fence and glued on a thin piece of mdf that fits in the groove so there is a flat fence surface. So overall it needs some tweaking and fiddling to get right.
