Have ordered 3. Really nice on super cold days but the batteries don’t hold much of a charge. Still happy to have it but don’t go somewhere without some backup warmth.

My favorite jacket during the fall and winter season. This is the second time I purchased this jacket. I gave the first one away because I lost weight and needed to size down. It fits well, and heats up nicely. I am not sure how well it works in single digit weather, but it works well in the high teens.

The negative: The battery has never ever charged past halfway. I've left it charging for 48 hours and it still is only charged half way. Ideally the company would work with me on a new battery allowing me to send the old one back after I receive a replacement as we are having negative temps for the next 10 days and my jacket is supremely important right now. Now that being said I love love love this jacket! Best gift my wife has ever gotten skinny ole me. Ideally the arms would be an inch longer along with the length but going up in size would result in too loose of a fit. The sad struggles of a tall thin lady (you should see my struggle with pants 😂) The jacket itself is warm even without the heating element on yet is still a thinner lightweight (besides the battery) jacket. I love that there is a hood as well! The pocket warmers don't work as well and my chocolate addiction makes them an unnecessary addition unless I want chocolate syrup in my pocket 😂 I would love the company to work with me on the battery issue without having to do a full return on this product...if we can get this fixed one way or the other I will gladly make this a 5 star rating!

Got this for my wife for a out door new years eve party and she was warm the entire time. My wife seems to always be cold even in 70 degree weather. Well it was about 43 degrees out and with this coat she was warm and happy the entire time. She had it in high the whole time and the battery lasted about 4 hours on high! Anyone wanting a nice, well made, warm coat should definitely buy one of these coats.

I have bought a cheap heated vest before a few years back from overseas. Not very well put together, but kept me warm for the mornings for a while. When it fell apart, I was worried about investing in another heated jacket if it was just going to fall apart again.OH MY GOSHHHHHHHHH this jacket is the BEST. Well made, well thought out, comes with a wonderful battery that lasts me 8 hours on highest heat setting, and MACHINE FREAKING WASHABLE. I washed it and it came out good as new! They have a hand warmer setting that has changed my life. And its also just warm enough that sometimes I don't even need to turn it on!Also the packaging it comes in is awesome! Very wonderful attention to detail on the companies part.I bought one for my mom for Christmas. I will be getting this as a gift for every person in my life. My fiance is getting one to wear when he rides his motorcycle.I originally bought a medium in case I wanted to layer sweatshirts underneath, but there is truly no need. My exchange of the product was super simple and painless. I am a tiny woman so the small has a little give on me, but the sleeves have velcro at the wrists and there is a drawstring at the waist. Also the hood is wonderful and I use it often.I've worn it in the rain with no problem. Snow? No problem. Inside, outside, no problem. It's gotten quite wet and I didn't even have a thought to be worried about the integrity of the jacket or wiring inside. It's that wonderful.I believe everyone in the world should own one of these. It is absolutely amazing. I am serious. I can't stop talking about this jacket and I won't any time soon!BUY. THIS. JACKET.It will change your life!
