How to Use:
Plug and play.
To change the frequency, input the desired frequency and press the button in the bottom left corner. For example, to set the frequency to 7.83Hz, press [7][.][8][3] and then press OK. The default output frequency is 7.83Hz. The frequency range can be adjusted from 0.1Hz to 100KHz.

This is a VERY basic device. It is NOT aesthetically pleasing but it WORKS. I supposed there is no plastic enclosure to keep the cost down, which I appreciate. I got excellent sleep using the 428hz setting. You can find other good frequencies out there for just about ANY ailment by googling 'frequency tones hz' or 'rife therapies'. You just type in the number of the frequency you want, and press OK. There is a backlight button also. You will need a regular charging block like you would use for a cell phone.. this will come with a cable. That's basically it.
