My 2002 Trailblazer didn't have bump stops. I'm not sure if it never had them, or if they fell off at some point, but it made installing these easier. I tried levering them in with a pry bar, and that isn't the way. What ended up working really well is taking a medium sized screwdriver and just gently pressing the edges of the bump stop up into the holder. That got the squeeze it needed to get past the keepers. Don't press too hard, so that you don't injure the material.They fit perfectly and I'm looking forward to an improved ride in my old truck.

I've got an old 02 Envoy that we use for hauling stuff around. It's been converted to spring but it doesn't look like they replaced the bump stops. These look way better than the old ones and should provide much more comfort when off road or pulling a trailer.
