Many RV's come with plastic catches to hold the door open. Over time, the plastic decays. This is a much more elegant solution than replacing the plastic catch. Installation was easy, and the catch feels like it will last almost forever.

Our trailer door latches broke and we installed these as replacements. They hold the door in place well even with higher winds. Highly recommend!

Well made and will work for my use but I was not sure when they arrived due to the short length. My trailer has flush door handles so they clear perfectly. I did check the fit on my pickup camper with a standard door knob and this item will not work. the Knob hits the wall before the stem reaches the socket.
