The description and measurements are true the product received. It fit the brand name home improvement store gazebo purchased three years ago. Very happy with the quality and ready for my next family gathering.

We recently had our gazebo top, after 3 years of using it, destroyed by a very strong storm. This model of gazebo top can only be used for two particular models, but thankfully it fits ours - the Pinehurst 10 x 12. Since it's the end of the season, we're not using it until next Spring, but we opened it and measured, and it's the exact same size and fits perfectly. The material looks very sturdy, high-quality, and the color is really beautiful. I think this top might be nicer than the original that came with our gazebo. This is just the top and not the curtains, but when we bought a replacement before for our old gazebo it cost twice what this did, so I think this replacement is a good value for what you get.

Double sewn edges, beautiful heavy material.Only the roof, no curtains. Make sure you note that.Fit well over our gazebo and so far has done well in the elements of summer and a couple rain storms. It;s really a beautiful piece to ad to any gazebo.

Got this for our Wilson and Fisher gazebo that came from Big Lots. The gazebo is only up for about 4 months in the Summer, then it is disassembled and packed away until the next year. After only the first summer it had faded terribly, by the third summer it was so sun rotted that it tore on all the seems. A replacement from the manufacturer was double the cost of this one. This cover is a deep brown color and medium duty cloth...just like the original. Because we're mid season I won't be able to try for fit but will update if there are any problems.

I have to replace the canvas on my gazebo about every other year and this was the year. I have been buying them from a specialty company online and it seems like the more I paid for them the shorter span of time they lasted. My last one leaked really bad even tho I sprayed it wraith waterproofing spray. I put this one up the day after I got it and had no time to get the spray on this one yet when it started raining. It was great it did not leak and get me wet! The corners on my old ones always ripped out first making way for the rest of it to rip even tho they were supposed to be made with ripstop fabric. I am already impressed that it didn’t leak and all the pressure points are double stitched now to see how long it can stand the test of time in our 100° heat! Good purchase, looking forward to not having to change it out in a couple years!

Fits as should with strong and thick material that is waterproof. Easy to install. I love the color and so far it hasn’t faded with morning sun.
