About this item

  • Eliminate Wasps – VisiLure Traps lure wasps, red wasps, mud daubers, and carpenter bees with appealing colors and a multi-dimensional pattern. Once attracted, they become stuck to the sticky surface and expire.
  • Choose VisiLure – The VisiLure TrapStik for Wasps lures insects without odors, chemicals, or wasp sprays. It catches queens and workers, from spring through fall.
  • Thoughtful Design – Unique Glue Guards create a barrier around the sticky trap surface to reduce the chances of non-insect catches.
  • Prevent Damage – Mud daubers (mud wasps, dirt daubers) and carpenter bees can cause serious property damage. The VisiLure TrapStik can stop this before it starts, without the use of potentially harmful sprays or chemicals.
  • Made in the USA – At RESCUE!, our goal is to design, manufacture, and market the safest and most effective pest control solutions available for homeowners. We are proud to manufacture our products in the USA!

Stop Wasps, Mud Daubers, and Carpenter Bees in their tracks! The TrapStik for Wasps, Mud Daubers, and Carpenter Bees uses our exclusive VisiLure technology to attract and catch the target insects without the use of potentially harmful sprays or chemical killing agents. Insects are attracted by the colors and patterns on the TrapStik, then get stuck on the sticky surface. Unique Features Bird guards provide protection for birds, bats, and other small animals. Avoid hanging TrapStik where birds or other wildlife activity happens, and where children or pets may come into contact with the adhesive. Odor-free, pesticide-free, and weather resistant. Effective from spring through fall, catching queens and workers. For best results, hang near man-made structures where targeted insects bore holes, such as an eave, awning, pergola, garage, or shed.

Awesome product. I use them every year. I had a yellowjacket hive starting up under my deck, I just put one of these down there without the cage and killed off every single one of them.

Have ordered 2 yrs in a row, these work great for those flying pests. Just be careful and don't accidentally stick your hand or hair to it during assembly or hanging lol

These have been working great to catch wasps. They do need to be relocated when no wasps are being attracted to it. They were very easy to assemble and attach to tree branches. The biggest drawback is the price is a bit high and they attract other bugs as well. However, they are durable and remain sticky even after being rained on.

I have struggled with wasps, hornets, and carpenter bees for a while and while pest control has sprayed and killed a few nests, and I’ve also emptied a few cans of spray, it’s only put a minor dent into the issue. I finally decided I would give these traps a try. I put two of these traps out late last night, and I’m pleased that one trap has already attracted one wasp near an access point where they’ve been nesting under my siding. I look forward to seeing more get trapped over the next few days, but so far, these traps show promise. Even one less stinging angry insect flying around is worth the price to me.Update: I’ve kept the same traps up and they have continued to attract wasps. I have not had any issues with the stickiness of the traps. The wasps have remained on them even through some heavy storms. I noticed more wasps swarming close to one of my traps. It had gotten pretty full, so I changed it out last night at dusk, and already before noon, the new trap has a couple wasps on it. Love this product!

This will catch so much... Bees, wasps, moths. It is a torture trap. The bugs will die, slowly, over the span of multiple days, their little bodies wriggling helplessly as they attempt to free themselves from the sticky trap they thought was a salvation. But it doesn't matter. Bound by the limits of their small forms, they cannot do anything. Much like the trap us humans find ourselves in. Wriggling, clawing, trying to break free from the trap of our own mortality. But it does not matter, for the glue will always claim us.

We have a problem with loths of hornets and have tried lots of traps. This one works. When we discovered a nest behind the siding, we hung one of these over the opening and it cleaned out the nest in just a couple of days.

So this product works great, it is extremely sticky, hangs easily, and remain sticky for months. My issue is that it caught so many good pollinators, dragon flies, the huge mosquitoes, and it would definitely trap hummingbirds. It did catch a few carpenter bees, but did not seem to attract them. I am concerned that with the color it would attract hummingbirds so I don’t think that I will purchase it again. But it is very sticky and definitely collected a lot of different types of bugs. Even though the carpenter bee nests are within inches of where we hung them.

This is a Rick Flare item. Hung these up and in a few days it got in the swing of things. It is catching bees and it looks nice. No Oder and easy to assemble. I will buy more next year. Once a bee gets in it the critter is stuck for good.
