Absolutely brilliant piece of kit for the home gym. It's well made and well finished. Yes you have to put the feet pads on the bottom and the grip cover on the top but it's easy enough and works very well once done.5 stars from me.

Took a little bit of adjusting from keeping the bands under my feet but this allows me to increase my resistance without having my ankles turn inward during squats. Well made.

Very happy with this. It's fairly heavy, which is good because it means it's solid, which you want if you use heavy band loads like I do. The rounded edges are easy on bands, and the finish on the wood looks great and made to last. The non-slip surface is a nice thick sandpaper adhesive with the right level of grit. The channels offer options around how you can route and pre-tension the bands for a given exercise.I was initially a minimalist and used just bands, but a plate like this (especially along with some quality j-hooks and a bar) enables you to take band workouts to the next level by making your movements more stable and focused on the specific muscles you are working on when you are getting into higher band tension levels. It's deceptively simple. Yes - in a way it's just a board, but when you look into the thoughtfulness of the design details and the quality of the execution, I'm happy paying a reasonable price for such a solid product.

I have been using the board for about a week now. It works perfectly. However, when doing bench presses, you kinda feel the board bending. I have made special attention to this by checking the board after my workouts, but everything seems fine, I will keep paying attention to it.Otherwise, it is a game changer, you can focus on technique and stability.

I recently switched from free weights to isometrics. I am 64 years old, and weightlifting became too hard on my joints. I purchased a World Fit ISO trainer to perform Overcoming Isometric exercises, but I didn't like the way the straps pressed against my shoes. Also, it is hard to get a strap centered while standing on it. The GEKU board solves these issues. The board has slots to slip the strap through, and the force is then shifted to the board instead of your feet. The strap centers itself almost automatically. It also works great with elastic resistance bands. The board is very high quality and should last for years. Great investment!

I viewed boards until I saw this one. It looked beautiful. It was designed with what it appeared I needed. Six slots for the bands. Perfect size to do the job without taking over my space. And the price was much lower than the over-priced ones I'd been seeing (one was $300!) I was sold. It arrived yesterday and I nailed it. Or at least this company did (I will be a faithful customer). The board is light but strong. Bamboo. The edges where the bands wrap around from the bottom are smooth. It is put together with care; it almost looks like a piece of furniture. And--this is how you can really tell a company takes pride in its products--it was packaged like an expensive smart phone. One outer Amazon box. The company's shipping box. Then the product box. You open it and there it is tucked tightly on foam sheets--and in a nice drawstring bag! If you need a board, or other home fitness products, this is your company.

I'm a big fan of Geku Fit's Resistance Band Bar as it was by far the best resistance band bar with hooks that I found on Amazon. Once I found out they were releasing a footplate at a reasonable price, I was immediately intrigued and since there were free returns, I figured there was little to no risk in purchasing it.I've been using resistance band training for 2yr+ at this point so I'm pretty familiar with the various bars and footplates out there. Instead of having a "premium" footplate, I've been using a budget solution that worked but had its limitations.I am happy to say that the Geku Fit footplate meets the "premium "definition and it exceeded my expectations. The footplate is extremely durable and it reminds me of a high quality cutting board. Despite knowing the dimensions and weight, I was surprised with how heavy it felt when holding it which speaks to how durable this product is. I've tried working out on this with my heaviest bands and the footplate is sturdy and rock solid. There are multiple channels on the bottom to allow for more exercise flexibility. For example, I've tried doing a bench press along the shorter channel and it worked very well. All the edges are extremely smooth so I have no concerns with it causing unnecessary abrasion when working out with bands. There is also sufficient room to add multiple bands if necessary.I opted to not use the included grip tape since I felt it was unnecessary. The material is exactly like grip tape you would see on a skateboard and I would suggest using it if you need more foot grip when working out.
