I’d rather have the elastic ones but they don’t last. Theses are a little tricky depending on the size of the rod. Let’s see how long these last.

Myself I didn't like them I ordered elastic and velcro ones but these can work for other things like extension cord it's up to you

I purchased these to use as wraps to keep my broken down bug watwr poles secured. They are large enough to wrap around the butt end foam grips and tip and of rod. Well worth the $$#.
