Quality of product is excellent, but packaged like it came from Tiffany's which explains some of the reason it's so expensive- 2 boxes plus shipping box? Also comes with a charging cord, which for a replacement charger nobody needs. I could go rappeling with the number of charging cords I have and they all work on the same device. Cut down on packaging, eliminate the cord and save me few bucks

I bought a replacement charger as my old one had physical damage from my toddler getting ahold of it. It arrived quickly but the ring barely fits on the charger. I literally have to pry it off when I put it on the charger. The original charger did not have this problem

I ordered size 10 and received a size 7 in a box marked size 10. Poor quality control at Ultrahuman.

I have found my Ultrahuman ring to be invaluable at providing me with data about my health. The sleep information has been very helpful to try to improve my rest and boost my energy. My initial ring charger did not work, but I reached out to their customer service and they sent me a new one right away. I have no complaints!
