I really like this Ringside Maize Slip Ball. It's really well built but it's very hard, and if you get clocked in the nose with it, you're gonna really feel it. The chain was too noisy and limited it's movement, so I took the chain off and used a thick rope instead, and it swings much better now.

Does exactly what you expect it to do. It came assembled. The filler makes it not too hard if you do get bumped in the head when you practice slipping. Just need a string to hang it from the garage door tracks and you are ready to go practicing slipping.

Got it for use in my home gym, i believe its the exact same one that I started with in my old boxing gym. Was perfect out of the box. Wish the chain was a bit longer but nothing a quick trip to Lowes couldn't solve. It's weighted well, not overly light but doesn't feel terrible if you get hit. Would recommend if you don't want to mess with filling it yourself

Great quality: the wight is perfect, gives you a good swing, and if hits you, you will feel it but won't damage you.Best option for your house: if you have neighbors that or someone near to you that might complain about noises, or if you have a small space!

You can pretty much hang this anywhere with the open hook provided at the top of the chain. If the chain is too short for your application you can easily add chain to the hook to extend it. The bag itself is sturdy and durable. This bag is not meant to punch but I give it light jabs to keep it moving and it has held up great. I drop it in my gym bag to use anywhere I go including clients houses. This is one of if not the best slip bag at this price point that continues to deliver.

Found this item from watching Mike Tyson Training. I was thinking I would prefer rope, but the chain with the s hook allows it to go right at the handle on my garage door when opened, and the s hook through a chain link for perfect height for my head. I will install a ceiling mount in room to use also. Very satisfied for the price cannot beat for $20. Thanks! Will buy some other models if I can find them but this is nice as is. Others have you fill it with rice, sand etc. This is already filled. Wish it was slightly heavier, but the point is this is not meant to be punched, Dodge it while shadow boxing, It can still be lightly hit accurately to keep the swing going well.

really good addition for a home gym. lightweight so you can mount it almost anywhere overhead and chain can be shortened with a caribiner if necessary (mount it somewhere where the chain can be at full length for best results). this is not a punching bag so don't punch it, use as intended and you will be fine. I haven't noticed any issues with construction quality, it's been holding up very well for a couple months of daily use so far

I picked this up for at home training and I've been very satisfied. We primarily use this as a slip bag but on occasion will also use it with our padded Escrima sticks. So far it has stood up to this abuse and, as a slip bag, it has a nice smooth action.Overall, I completely recommend this to you.Update: we’ve now been using this steadily for a bit over six months. It’s still in great shape. When you use this thing correctly (check out a video online by Paul “The Punisher” Williams for some ideas) you will get a great workout and really really improve your skills. This, and the double end bag, are some things I constantly recommend to the guys I train with at an MMA gym. Good luck!
