This specific product is often cheaper because fewwer riders have the thru shaft version of the rockshox superdeluxe. if you look at the pictures, most items are the same as the normal kit, but you can't be sure without ordering.Either way I did order and indeed it'll work fine for the air can, the damper and the shock body. you get a few extra pieces that aren't useful if you don't own the thru shaft version and you can ignore these. The only pieces I was missing are the megneg orings - but these are also missing on the standard kit anyway.TLDR: get this even if you don't have a thru shaft, kits are usually overpriced (after a few kits it's the price of a new shock!) and this one isn't.

Bought in hopes of it fitting my rockshox deluxe select R. All the pieces I needed were there except the oring for the damper body piston. But for $25 dollars less then the deluxe kit I can’t complain.

Except oil. Gotta buy that. And specific tool, namely piston socket. It’s an involving job but totally doable, just follow instructions. Hardest thing for me was taking apart parts that were supposed to be very lightly torqued but were melted together. Didn’t anticipate that. Instructions online are good and kit is complete.
