My family loves this new faucet. Install didn't take to long and it fills the tub quick. When it arrived the hot water valve was messed up. I contacted the company and after following there very easy steps they had a new one shipped to me. Customer service was great as well as the product. Thank you

Extremely attractive. Ancient iron bathtub needed new fixtures but, finding a replacement like original basically impossible. While this doesn't fit the original design I am able to install this on the ledge some former homeowner built around the tub and it has enough reach to fill my tub. I actually was more concerned with function than looks, that's simply an added bonus. It was pretty basic to install. I did of course have to make a few slight modifications to my antique plumbing but, that needed done anyway. If one has modern plumbing its likely everything you need is in the box.

I just remodeled my house and that included replacing old fixtures. I was worried these would look cheap but they look fantastic. Super good quality and much easier to install than most, also very secure and won't loosen with use. I could not be happier!

This Roman style bathtub faucet and handles greatly exceeded my expectations! It is beautiful, sturdy, heavy, and well built. The color is perfection, not bright, cheap looking gold. We had no leaks, excellent water pressure, and the installation was pretty straightforward.

This looks great. I replaced a chrome set that came with the house. For several years there's been cold water slowly coming out and, after a while leaving a crusty mineral deposit that is a PITA to clean.This set in brushed nickel looks great, matches all the upgraded fixtures. Works well. Like any plumbing job, plan it out, take your time, make sure to have the right tools ready and it'll be a piece of cake to install.Or be like me and don't do any of that. Instead, make a dozen or so trips downstairs to the basement for some tools, another dozen or so trips to the garage for others. Only make these trips when you get to a point in the removal of the old, or installation of the new, that you need them. Don't use all of the right tools. That needle nose pliers work just as well as a wrench, right? And don't follow any directions. Instead, just wing it. Then watch a few youtube videos to figure out what you did wrong. And maybe a couple puppy videos. Grab a cold one because you're gonna need to sit on the edge of the tub and look at it a while.If you follow all of that, you too can have the new fixture installed in your tub in a mere dozen hours or so!

I have a lovely jacuzzi tub in my master bath that's fixtures are in need of a face-lift. This hardware does the trick. It's giving it a new contemporary look and feel. Beautiful goose neck spout is in a lovely smooth brushed nickel finish along with ultra modern designed slim handles. Away with the bulky old school chrome hardware. Amazing how just changing out your faucets can give an old bathroom a face-lift. The quality of this faucet is top notch. It's heavy, sturdy and durable. All the hardware and lines are included along with the instructions. Installation is pretty straightforward. Looks more expensive than the cost. Good value.
