I bought this junk and had it installed and it worked find.but last week the hot water faucet would not connevt it kept turning all around , thats what happen to the one i replaced.It must be something wron with your product.The plummer said the thread was worn and was not connecting.That was the hot water cold water was fine but i replaced both of them.hot water stem is bad.I feel like you should be respectful enough to send me a stem.I had not had this a year and it is a bad part.If you gonna sell products stand by them.I am on a fixed income and i am pissed.Whatever make it right.Ruby Wilson

This is. Cheap faucet do not buy this!! The hot side right out if the box is stripped will not stop in the off position just keep spinning in circles!! I can hear the gear teeth just grinding away and did not turn it hard AT ALL!!! Pay a little more and get good stuff. I learned a lesson today !!!

The package arrived timely. Due to the mismatch of this faucet with my tube, i had to return. However, the return process was very smooth.

The execution of this design is interesting...I got it installed in about 40 minutes, what with adusting and readjusting, and when I finally tightened the last bolt, I turned it on...only to have water come pouring out of the bottom of the spout, under the sink.The faucet comes with two aerators...I tried both, thinking the water was not flowing through as fast as it needed. This was not the case. I needed to push the nylon bushing, I guess, for lack of a better term, out of the faucet, put a couple of loops of plumbers' tape around it, put it back into the faucet, then install the aerator. I fonally got a good flow of water, with no leaks.The fixture looks great, works well (now) and was a nice upgrade to my bathroom.
