challenge to put together as all attached to the walls but once it's done it seems pretty good. we'll find out as time goes on how good it really is.

I found it relatively inexpensive for the amount of storage you get compared to some other closet items. Well made, secure. Fit nicely. Now it takes a bit to out together, measure out, level etc. My husband is a contractor/ handyman so didn't have any issues but if you aren't used to working with levels, measuring, etc , it may take a little longer to make sure it is out together well and the instructions aren't super helpful. He did find it easier to reference to tape the instructions to the inside of the closet where he was building it for reference. Looks great once completed

Good deal on this rubbermaid closet organizer installed in a 48" hallway closet. I'm a DIY guy and prefer to build but the wife thought it looked good and wanted it right away. Looked pretty flimsy out of the box but by the time it was all assembled it's solid as a rock.

The instructions are difficult to follow, and I would not recommend this product unless you had a closet that is exactly 5ft wide and does not have closet doors. I had wrongly assumed I could customize this to fit my 4.5 ft wide/8 ft tall basement closet, and I was wrong. If I were to install this as recommended, I would have about an inch of space between the ceiling and shelf. Again, the directions are very unclear and it seems very difficult to customize this product. I’m disappointed that I wasted the money (since I am outside of the return window). I am unable to use this product and am struggling to figure out what to do with it.

When I bought this product I thought it was going to be a great option to organize my closet. I did not realize the stress and confusion that was about to ensue. The Product came quickly, is very sturdy and very well organized in the box, however the instructions were not very user friendly. It took some time to figure out how to put this thing together and how to install it but I finally was able to get it put in with the help of my father and some power tools of his. Thankfully the shelves are excellent for storage bins and the bottom shelf holds pants and skirts with ease. I think this product is very sturdy and great for organizing! I have some room for boxes both on top and on bottom as well. My only qualm is make sure you have power tools available to install!UPDATE!!!!It collapsed. I’m not sure what happened? I put my normal amount of clothes hung up in the closet, a few dresses and shirts, no jeans, a couple jackets, and my typical bed linens on top. Yesterday morning when I was getting ready for work, I opened my closet to find the unit collapsed on one side! Due to it pulling out of the drywall when it collapsed, there’s no way I can remount it!! I’m very dissatisfied with this product.

We had a relative help install this small closet organizer. He is a craftsman and has built most of their furniture, including a chair and dresser (both difficult). It took him, with a little help from us, over 3 hours to install. The measurements are all slightly off kilter so measuring carefully is vital. We choose to not add one of the shelves, which gives us more hanging room. Is still very stable and works well for us. We love the product, how stable it is, and how many variations are available for a small closet ( ours is only 41" wide).

This saved my sanity and possibly some of my family members lives. Our front coat closet was a disaster with coats and shoes everywhere until I bought this and made my husband put it together. He assembled it easily and rather quickly even having to cut some of it to fit as it was just a big bigger than our closet space. Now my kids have spaces for their shoes, backpacks, coats and we have room for everyone’s stuff! Amazing.

Was the perfect solution for my granddaughters closet needs. I do wish the instructions had been a little better, i.e. the outside of the box shows several configurations but the instructions only address one and it wasn't the one I wanted. In the end I had to determine levels and locations for everything on my own. The instructions only served to show what fit with what.

My current closet is being used for storage by my mother. So I purchased this to have a closet that isn’t my floor. This far I love it !!! My purses and beautiful closet on display make it so much easier for me to just grab and go instead of shift through the floor.
