Didn’t realize I got the wired version at first but happy to save a few bucks and not have to worry about batteries. The plug for the wire is really awkward and not designed well for laying flat/looking nice/covering a button on bottom but it gets the job done. Easy set up and works as expected. Looking forward to getting more for the rest of my house when the price goes down.

The hardware has never jammed it works like a charm every single time it was easy to install. It looks nice on the wall and it’s not loud. I wish the software were improved and that it didn’t require a hub. Otherwise, I would give it five stars! Came across this product and looks perfect for anyone looking to automate shades. So far I am getting the basics together. I have had some trouble with pairing this with my phone via Bluetooth, but hoping that it will be resolved with smartbridge. I purchased smartbridge and waiting for the shipment to put these to proper use. Can give complete review after.
