This item is used for heating and bending steel and works fine combined with an oxy propane hose and gauges. Don't forget to purchase a propane hose, as standard acetlylene lines break down with propane gases.

Save your money. This Rosebud torch tip is total crap. Would not stay lit. Kept on back firing thru tip.

Haven’t tried it yet but will. Good for heating up that ol bolt or bearing or whatever’s stuck. Just don’t burn your shop down. Safety first. Buy you some fire extinguisher from Amazon and have them in your work area. Not joking

I got this attachment (6-MFN-1) to fit my harbor freight cutting torch setup so i can use propane to melt copper and create custom alloys for casting, and WOW! its melts copper like butter! for years i've struggled with just using the cheap propane hand torches to melt copper because it doesn't get hot enough without added oxygen to melt large amount quickly. Now with this setup i'm able to add Oxygen and get essentially double the heat. The quality of the attachment looks great, no leaks and it fits perfectly. The price is right and i don't know why i didn't buy this sooner.
