Der Sabrent USB Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter ist eine solide Wahl für Raspberry Pi 4 Nutzer. Die Einrichtung mit Home Assistant ist unkompliziert und die Verbindung stabil. Der CSR8510A10 Chip sorgt für eine problemlose Integration. Läuft seit über 1.5 Jahren völlig problemlos. Für die 9 Euro, die ich dafür bezahlt habe, bin ich sehr zufrieden.

I picked this dongle up for a specific use-case, and I'm hoping someone might find this useful. If anyone reading this is planning to get this for their Synology DSM running v7+, it WILL work and be plug-and-play, but will only be visible to VM's, NOT docker containers.As an aside, in between the time that I purchased this and got it running on my NAS, I tested it on my Windows PC and it works great! The adapter picked up every BT device I threw at it, including headphones, game controllers, and a keyboard. 5 stars!I specifically bought this adapter to communicate with BT devices near my Synology NAS that was running a Dockerized version of Home Assistant. The plan was to have HA pick up a Bluetooth enabled hydrometer that I use for homebrewing so I could monitor fermentation from anywhere, as well as communicate with a few BT sensors I have for home automation. After unsuccessfully trying to install 3rd party drivers (now uninstalled) to get DSM7 to recognize USB dongles (because for some reason Synology disabled that functionality a while ago), I upgraded to HAOS that runs in Virtual Machine Manager. After initial setup, VMM picked up this adapter automatically (no additional software installs) and the adapter integrated flawlessly into Home Assistant.This adapter is great overall, and picks up devices that are 30+ft away and through a few walls. 10/10 would recommend!

Działa na Linuksie, nie rozłącza się i nie wyrzuca bugów w dmesg. Do tego nie potrzeba instalować dodatkowej paczki typu linux-firmware. Polecam!

After trying other products on my Linux box without success, very happy with this one. Identified without a hitch by the OS, very good range (detects Neighbour's devices). Comes with driver CD for Windows. Great device.

I'm quite a few years back now, I still run my programming learning in a Raspberry Pi 2 Model B. This being the version without built-in WiFi nor Bluetooth. I scoured the site for a compatible Bluetooth dongle and noticed very few offer support for Linux, let alone mentioning anything about Raspberry Pi.I am relieved to say this works for Linux, including the Raspberry Pi without any hassle. I'm still an amateur when it comes to programming and Linux. I hopefully plugged this in, a super small form factor USB with strong plastic and metal build. The dongle worked instantly!! As shown, the Bluetooth can be turned on, and quickly presents an array of devices to connect to. There is an option of discoverability which I did not need. I was still sceptical as to whether this would connect to my Bluetooth keyboard. It sure did! Once I got my keyboard to show and connect as a keyboard device, I went typing happily away. So far I have not faced any connectivity issues and the connected devices stay saved for the next session for easy reconnecting.In all, a Bluetooth dongle- amongst a mammoth market of dongles, that works as precisely promised and fairly priced. The dongle is plug and play for Linux and stays connected without issue.

I Just received my Bluetooth dongle 2 minutes ago, and the installation was so hard! all I had to do was plug it into my pc and that's it! I was kidding when I said it was hard lol. I haven't tried playing with the pro controller yet, but I connected it to be sure that it would connect. but so far with the headphones, there is no delay that I can notice anyway. I've purchased many Bluetooth dongles that always either A: Didn't work at all Or B: it would work, but there would be such a horrible delay that it was practically unusable. idk why its so difficult to make a Bluetooth dongle, but this one crushed it.. thank you so much for finally making a Bluetooth dongle that works! Because i built my own Pc, i was cheap and didnt buy a bluetooth chip for it when i bought it and i was beginning of buying one and just isntalling it but i didnt really want to cause bluetooth chips are expensive (50-80$ for a bluetooth chip) so this was my last attempt of buying a dongle before i bought the chip and it worked great! 100% reccommend!UPDATE: 30 MINUTES AFTER USE: after about a half hour of use, its choking alot and and few minutes there is a huge pop of static in my headphones..... not looking good for my pro controller when i try to use it ..UPDATE: 1 WEEK AFTER USE: the Bluetooth dongle is 100% worth it, i set it up with my pro controller with dolphin emulator and it works no problems with no delay, for some reason, the audio in the headphones crack and sound weird, but the controller which is the main reason why i bought this dongle for works 100%, if you are buying to conntect any kind of bluetooth controller, this is 100% reccommended.. i tried it with a switch pro controller.

Terrible so far. I bought it for my headset (beats solo3) and it's impossible to stay connected. It REFUSES to accept the headset as a mic! Only wants to play sound, to work as headphones. I've paired my beats with my phone and tablet, mic works fine, I'm able to chat with friends while listening to music. I wouldn't recommend this adapter if you have Windows 10. I have heard people have better luck with Windows 8 or below.Pros: It was Plug n PlayCons: since I ran into trouble, the basic settings Windows offered to me didn't cut it. I had to seek help from the Sabrent device driver, which only lead to more issues in the end. Never thought I'd encounter the blue screen of death 4 times in a row because of a bluetooth dongle.****Edit****I received a replacement for free and it works great. While I'll bump up my rating to 4 stars, I will warn you to be careful while using it!

I researched for quite a while before I purchased this item. I needed to simplify the cords on my desk as I have more devices than I do USB ports on my computer. This meant I kept having to unplug and replug devices which was very frustrating.I started looking for a four port hub that I could use to keep everything plugged in at once. I decided on this item as it was on sale at the time and seemed to be of decent quality. I was happily surprised when the product came and it was even better than I expected. The ports are not too stiff like other brands where it seems to hold on for dear life, nor are they too loose. It also feels very well built like it will last quite a while.Three things to note though, first the blue light is very annoying. I have started turning it over or placing a piece of dark tape on the light to help hide it. I understand they want to reassure consumers it is plugged in and working, but I work at my desk mostly at night so it was very annoying.Second, this hub is only useful if you do not plan to power things from it. Since it is not connected to a power source it cannot charge or power USB driven devices like a powered hub could. This is fine for my needs as I was mostly just plugging in my keyboard, mouse, printer, and external thumb drive but it is something to keep in mind if you are looking to buy the product.(Be sure to read the note just under the last picture that is a disclaimer about the power and wireless devices just to be certain this will fit your needs.)Third, the description states this, but the cord is kind of short all things considered. This makes it a little annoying as it has to be fairly close. However, you can probably use a usb extension cord to keep it out of sight, though I am not technologically savvy enough to know if that would cut back on the power or not.Overall, this is a great product that should last a long time. The price and quality make it a no-brainer. I just wish they would make a model without the blue light and with a longer cord.
