I am 6ft 1 and athletic build. This barely would fit over a long sleeve shirt, I know I am ripped, but the lacing [shock cord] is sized to small. The fix is easy enough, order 3mm shock cord and replace with correct length. However, 15 cents more of material and this would be a 5 star....I ordered this because of the minimalist length of the guard and being leather. All good on that front.

Even with the elastic straps on their loosest setting it dug into my forearm and I don’t have overly heavy forearms so definitely not one size fits all.
