Nice, thick leather. Easy to adjust; just put it on, pull the elastic cords, tie a knot and you’re all set. Stays in place and no worries of whacking your arm with the bow string. I don’t typically hit my arm with the string, but I figure it’s like a seatbelt or a motorcycle helmet. You don’t really need them unless something unfortunate happens

This is amazing. I love the real leather and it feels very durable yet comfortable and very easy to fit on your arm. I can't feel the bow slap at all. It also stays put on my skinny arm very well after surgery.

Love this thing. It’s well-made from soft but sturdy full grain leather. Well-cut, stitched, and designed. The bungee cord is sturdy, and stretches just enough to clasp, but not too much. The 7-inch one covers my 8-inch forearm almost completely, but not so much that I can’t move my forearm. This thing is great for both regular shooting, and for cosplay. It’ll last a long time if taken care of well! Get it; you won’t regret it!

this was a random buy just to spice up a friend's functional medieval archery costume, so I was looking especially for items without modern logos on them, fail in this case.

Works effectively. Would have preferred simple lacing system versus elastic strings.It is a bit stiff and fits ok with a glove guard. I'd buy a manual lace up next time, but for now I'm glad I bought this one
