I have a V6 transverse mounted motor which makes the rear bank of three cylinders much more difficult and more engine disassembly to access it. I like to get the more difficult jobs done first so I replaced all 12 lifters on the rear bank first and reassembled. When it came to replacing the lifters in the easier accessible front bank of cylinders, the first lifter was very "gritty" inside to move up and down after releasing the oil pressure inside the lifter. It was also more tricky to release the oil pressure, it didn't seem right from the get go. The first 12 lifters were all fine but I have not checked the remaining 11 lifters as I want to replace all 12 lifters at the same time, so I stopped working on the engine and with the hope of contacting the seller for a replacement lifter. It appears impossible to contact this seller to explain the situation. Amazon only offers a return and I am not dismantling the rear half of the engine again to pull out all 12 lifter that I just installed so I can return all 24 lifters. So, be warned and check all lifters BEFORE starting work on the engine....
