They were a little hard to get but they finally came. What is there to say, it is a metal blank plate for a single gang box for outdoor use. Works, fits, and one of the less expensive available.

I needed a cover for an outdoor 12V power box. This one met the need. The original screws rusted off the old plate and were still in their holes. The box actually has 6 holes for screws. The included seal also had locations for 6 holes, so I used the seal as a template and drilled out 2 new holes in the plate. I sealed the center 2 holes with caulk inside the plate.
