Great for strapping the battery in on my 1992 Suzuki Sidekick. The original battery holder was rusted out, so this strap gives a nice tight bite to keep the battery on its tray. Good stuff!

I used this in a marine application to secure a bank of Lithium batteries. Although I prefer to use metal hold downs, these have done the job over time. The straps / buckles do the job and are pretty typical for battery straps whether the hold down hardware is metal or plastic. If I needed to secure a large bank of lead acid batteries I would opt for the metal hold downs due to the weight of lead acid batteries.

We had a battery in our Scout trailer that powered lights and an inverter. The battery have gone through a number of different ways to hold it down from some zip ties to absolutely nothing. I've used similar hold downs on boat batteries and figured it would work well here. We have wood shelves and I was able to us the supplied screws to screw the plastic brackets to the shelf. Now, I can easily undo the buckle to take the battery out to charge it. Works great.

Great replacement. My old straps were starting to deteriorate and these are like new. For the price, I wish I replaced them years ago.
