I was pretty hesitant to purchase such expensive mittens, but am so glad I did. These mittens are really high quality. The materials are nice. They have really soft leather exterior. They warm up quickly. The batteries last all day out on the mountain snowboarding. You get what you pay for.My only complaint is they didn’t come with wrist straps. But I ordered a pair of strap cuffs from Hestra. Added them to the mittens and now they are perfect.

Wiring in the mitten died, of course just after the year warranty was up by a couple of months. Only lasted one ski season. For this price, they need to either last longer or have a longer warranty. DON'T BUY THESE!

I LOVED these gloves when they were functional. Too bad the wiring to the heating elements in one of the gloves frayed after less than a year. If the wiring issue was on the battery, that’s easy enough to replace, but because the wiring issue was to the heating elements in the glove, there’s no way to fix it without replacing the entire glove. I taped the wire with electrical tape and they continued to work off and on for a couple months then stopped working altogether. Unfortunately it was just past the year mark when these completely stopped working, so the gloves were no longer under warranty. I have smaller hands with poor circulation, so it’s easy for my hands to get cold. These gloves kept my hands so warm while skiing through long, snowy, windy days … until they didn’t. These cost far too much money to not last a year! Seirus should stand by their product for longer than one year for this price. Very disappointing.

I work on Vail mountain. I bought these thinking they would keep hands warm! They DO NOT WORK! If I ski with them on and move my hand, they shut off! I have returned them 2 times…they say they work fine….NOT TRUE! For almost $500 you would think they would work. I have reverted back to Hot Hands😠Do not buy!

The battery has died in less than a year. I cannot find a battery replacement in Canada . Seirus does not have a working telephone number and will not ship to Canada. After paying over $450 for these gloves I’m extremely disappointed. Not sure what to do. We have bitter winters and it’s affecting my ski season.

Love the heat, lasts a long time. Not sure how long as it hasn't shut off yet for me on the slopes. I ski 3-4 hours at a time and these gloves work great. Sometimes I don't even have to turn on the heat as they are warm gloves without heat. I have long fingers, measured my hand and according to size chart L is what I needed. With my medium length fingernails, they are just a little small. If you have long fingers maybe consider sizing up.
