So far so good!I currently have a 200lb bag set up going directly into a solid wood beam. I’ve had to switch out 3 of the screw carabiner for slightly bigger stainless steel ones I got from a local hardware store.I’d say these work great after about 10-15 sessions.

This is great! Would have given 5stars, except for hanging on a wood stud wall I had to reinforce using wood behind as the spacing didn't match up for standard stud spacing- otherwise is doing exactly what I needed. (100lb bag)

Gave it five stars even with one small flaw. To start it comes with everything you need to mount and the lag bolts they supply are heavy duty and good quality! I do recommend finding a stud. The mount is wider than a 2x4 that is why I screwed a 2x6 into the stud then the mount to the 2x6.The one flaw. The carabiners they supply are too small for a heavy bag. Not a big deal I just went out and got heavier duty ones. Just know that if you are getting a quality heavy bag you will need to run out and get some.

So far, so good! I installed the heavy bag hanger on wood studs in my garage. I did use longer hardware than what came in the kit. I used 5/16 x 3 1/2 inch lag screws for a little added security. I am really enjoying using my heavy bag and the wall mount hanger functions as advertising.

We tried to come up with something ourselves buying parts at homedepot and then seen this and it's great. Easy to install and will last forever.

Une utilisation intense n'a cause aucun dégâts.Le rotatif à 360° fait une très grosse différence et les chaînes fournis sont de bonne taille.Malgré tout, je dois enlever une étoile pour la construction du produit car la plaque collée au mur est tordue et n'a pas tout le contact au mur.Les chevilles béton fournies n'ont pas été très efficaces j'ai préféré prendre les miennes

Says its 3+ ft but on the last fitting (hole) it's only 27".Just installed a 100lb bag. Had it on max setting and once i hit the bag it seemed unstable. aMoved it to the 2nd last setting at 24" and ok so far...time will tell.
