I ordered this as a birthday gift for my son. The estimated delivery date was not 2-day prime, so I reached out to the seller to see if there was a way it could be delivered sooner. The seller was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. Not only did the keyboard arrive on time, it was is perfect condition and came with all of the items as pictured. It was easy to put together as well! I gave it a test run and it is perfect working condition. My son is going to be so happy! I would definitely order from this seller again. Thank you so much!

We were extremely disappointed with this purchase. We knew it's just a beginner's practice piece but it is so flimsy it's like the toddler keyboards you would buy only larger. The instructions are useless the microphone doesn't work neither do the headphones I shouldn't have got the package, I shouldn't have got this brand ..any attempt to find customer support is done. I feel robbed. It's not a high end purchase but every penny counts and this was a bad decision. Our grandaughter age 10 was ok with it then discovered there is no usb so now I have to buy a cable. Just don't buy spring a little more for Casio or better yet donner or even the best kit is so much better than this, the pics and lies lure you in..don't do it!
