This pickup in combination with its bridge counterpart makes the telecaster totally versatile and fit for performance in ANY style of musical expression. A COMPLETE GAME CHANGER.

Easy installation and it’s HOT. I never thought I’d stay on my neck pickup all the time on my tele but this pickup is amazing

Warm tone, excellent volume. My Telecaster now sounds more like a Les Paul!

This pickup is LOUD. Had to do some messing around with resistors and caps to pull the volume down a bit, and wired it in parallel to make it as bright as possible. Sounds really good after all of that.Like everyone else says, doesn't fit a tele neck position without some modification to the pickguard. Honestly since you've got to mess with filing or dremelling the pickguard you'd probably be better off getting a strat neck hotrail or something like that. I won't be buying another one of these for any future builds.

If you have an American Fender Telecaster then read this. Two screws come with package and they need to mount your guitar body. However, pickup's screw whole is bigger than screw. I used my original Fender screw which was fit. That is all. I couldn't adjust pickup's height. I've been looking for longer screw, but I couldn't. Neck pickup is too dark and too warm. You have to adjust tone with amp and pedal. The pickup tone is pretty good with rhythm and neck + bridge pickup. Also, sustain is amazing. If you plan to mod series pickup switch, I do not recommend it because series and neck pickup's tone itself pretty much same. I assumed that you have two hot rails on your guitar. However, you can hear that difference between series and parallel.

Great considering my last neck pickup had such a weak output. Also got the bridge pickup and the pair work excellently.

Just tried this combination with an SD Vintage 54 for the bridge, and it's amazing the quality and richness of tone.Wired them using the Blackguard 53 diagram. Highly recommended.
