The hose is to short when hose is inserted in vacuum supposed to turn it to lock in doesn't latch so hose keeps coming out

Machine works perfectly! I hesitated to buy this Machine because the horsepower is not rated but I am amazed at how well it picks up water. Dried my shaggy carpet perfectly! Recommendation this to anyone.

I love this thing so much I keep it plugged in 🤣🤣. I was debating getting a Miele (already have a Dyson but it still isn’t my favorite even with all the hype) but the price deterred me! I just couldn’t pull the plug. I’m glad I didn’t because I saved money AND I feel I got a product of equal quality. Case study- I was vacuuming after an upholstery project and this thing sucked up like 8in of faux chinchilla!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I thought I’d have to turn it off and dig it out etc etc (cough Dyson!) but we kept on rocking and rolling. Totally surprised in the best way. Also- there’s a tiny attachment that lets you get behind the refrigerator. Mmmmmm, lol, everything is just so fresh and so clean. Ps- I also got a refurbished one and it’s perfect.

That's it. Flat out awesome. It's easy to use, long cord, easy to clean when you're finished using it. It is compact which makes for easy storage, it's not heavy at all, and definitely well worth the money !

The hose does not lock in well and comes out easily. The clip to close the device keeps falling apart. The sucking power is fantastic, though. Cleaned out the dryer lint collector extremely well. This is structurally a nightmare.

It’s a beast, best suction I’ve found on a vac. Worth every penny. I’ll update again once it’s no longer new about the suction long term, but right now I’m in love.
