One of my lights went out within a couple of months. The company honored my warranty and sent a replacement. At first, they wanted me to take a picture of the label, but I protested because I couldn't get it down without paying someone. I remarked that they knew I purchased it because they had the Amazon order number, and they complied and sent me one immediately.

During the last 2 years I have purchased these lights twice. The first time was for lighting in my wife's she shed. I was impressed with the quality and brightness. The second purchase was for a patio enclosure for my cats. The single bulb on the side of my house was not sufficient for the lighting needs. I installed two of the four lights in the enclosure and now I have more lighting than I need. I ran the wiring along the ceiling in the enclosure and bought an adapter to screw into the existing light bulb socket. Now I can operate the lights from the light switch inside the house. The lights are easy to mount with the included mounting hardware.

I'd put 5 stars on the light output. The attachment brackets are garbage, particularly for mounting to my less than flat garage ceiling. I ended up adding pipe brackets to make sure they don't fall of the ceiling. Minor issues there.My primary complaint is that one of 4 lights just failed. Been installed for ~15 months.

Long story short, these are pretty nice, bright, easy-to-install, modular (use the same connectors/cords as some other "T8" LED fixtures) lights when they work, but many of them do not. Of the 12 I ordered, 4 didn't work at all. I was able to repair 3 of them by popping an end off, peeling off some hot glue, sliding out the power supply board, and soldering down a loose wire. The person at the factory responsible for soldering down that black wire was maybe not given sufficient training, because it broke the exact same way on all 3 of the things. The last one was non-functional for unknown reasons and might just get scrapped for parts.I give 4 stars instead of lower because I contacted support and they partially refunded me for the defective parts, which was all I asked for. If you want a high-quality thing that works the first time, you should probably buy them somewhere else. If you don't mind fix-it-yourself projects, eh, these probably won't burn your house down. *knocks on wood*Update: A fifth one failed, this time due to a weak solder joint on the LED strip. Again, easily repairable, but annoying.
