This is a shower pan liner so there is not much to say about it. It arrived exactly as promised. It was both rolled and folded so I laid it flat on our radiant heated floor under a throw rug for a few days. It will now be easy to put in place. Don’t try to install when this liner is cold and still doesn’t want to lay flat.

Since I can't really see through concrete, thinset, and ceramic tile, I assume this is working well. God, I hope it's working well! First rule of any shower pan liner: DO NOT CUT IT! Last one was cut and taped in the corners. That worked really good. NOT! I'd post a picture but you still couldn't see it. It is a great product in all seriousness

I used this pan liner in a custom shower installation and it was great to work with! I had to use a hairdryer to work out some of the folds in the pan liner, but it wasn't very difficult. This was my first custom shower installation, and I did not encounter any issues with the pan liner. I would definitely recommend this product to others!

Serves its purpose and exactly as described. Gave it 4 stars because of the way it was packaged for shipping made it difficult to work with due to the number of times it was folded and pressed.

Although the kit design is slick and easy to install, comes with a good instructional video, the base kit doesn't contain enough sticks. There are only 6 sticks, so if you are installing a hexagonal shower, you are golden. Otherwise, you will wind up having to purchase more sticks. If you don't consider this before you start, you will be stuck, like I was. 2 more sticks, so that you can get the pitch correct to all 4 corners and 4 sides of a shower would be perfect.I also misunderstood and thought that this included the pre-pitch kit for the sub-membrane. It did not. My kit did have the membrane, the weep hole protector, and the kirb perfects, which actually firms up a lot better than I anticipated.I would use it again, but find it irritating that the default kit is understocked by default.
