We have a flat lick pad for our dog that works fine, but we wanted to try a bowl. Because the bowl is made of silicone, it's sturdy but more flexible than I imagined. It does lie flat, but it doesn't have any suction to keep it in place. If your dog is high-energy, they may end up pushing around or folding this bowl, making it harder to use. The interior mold design allows lots of little crevices for long-lasting lick peanut butter sessions and a sensory experience for your dog.
