I didn’t even have to pull the bowl out of the box to notice the awful smell coming from it. I haven’t had a product smell like this before and I use a multitude of different slow feeders, lick mats and puzzle feeders. This is going back.

La mia cagnolina mangia velocissimo talmente tanto da spostare sempre la ciotola. Con questa qui finalmente è costretta a mangiare un pochino più lentamente e, la ciotola grazie alle ventose non si sposta più. Bella e ben fatta.

We have a doodle mix that devours her food, this has definitely helped slow her down. She seems to enjoy pulling out the small kibbles and the material it is made out of (rubber, I believe) makes it so the bowl never slides around, on top of all the suction cups. It goes absolutely nowhere.

I like the idea, but once it was empty my dog got it loose and chewed the bottom edge and now it won't hold. Too bad as I had high hopes

This was a great slow feeder for a puppy BUT not for an english bulldog or other of my lovely flat snout breeds. My dog had o hard of a time reaching the in-between slots. So this worked too well at keeping him slow feeding.He would just get frustrated and eventually get the suction cups loose from the bottom and top the whole thing over.So I think this would work better on other breeds. It was easy to clean and did slow down dinner time but to much fot my dog.

J'ai pris cette gamelle pour mon chien qui a pris la mauvaise habitude de gober ses croquettes pour finir son repas en l'espace de quelques secondes et cela m'inquiétais. La gamelle est vraiment grande, donc au début j'ai cru qu'elle le serait peut-être trop pour lui puisque c'est un tout petit chien. Je me suis trompée, car en réalité elle fonctionne parfaitement et elle a permis de bien ralentir son débit ! Mon chien met plus de temps à manger donc elle est vraiment efficace. Et j'ai même l'impression que ça l'amuse un peu. La gamelle vaut son prix.

Fast eating is a big issue with pups since it can hurt their digestion, so having a slow feeder like this is ideal. My 1 year old Border Collie mix loves to eat fast, and he's even gagged on his food a few times while doing so, therefore I had to get one of these. So far it works amazingly, he has slowed his eating habits down by at least 50%, and I feel it keeps his brain more active since he has to focus more on getting the kibble. The material seems like it would take a bit of chewing to damage, but all he does is lick it after he's finished chowing down. It's also easy to clean, you just rinse it with some warm water and mild detergent. Overall I give this 5 stars for helping my pup become a more healthy eater, and for being a simple solution to a big problem.

Der Anti-Schlingnapf ist von vorne bis hinten durchdacht und sehr praktisch. Das verwendete Material ist für die Spülmaschine geeignet und darf sogar in die Mikrowelle und eingefroren werden. Ein echter Allrounder also!Am Boden des Napfes befinden sich zahlreiche kleine Saugnäpfe, die das Futterschälchen quasi an den Boden nageln. Er ist wirklich sehr fest und verhindert dadurch ein Umstoßen oder wildes durch die Gegend schütteln, um schneller an den Inhalt zu gelangen.Und das es der ein oder andere eilig hat, ist der Gestaltung des Innenraumes zu verdanken. Vermeintlich ausgehungerte Tiere sehen sich plötzlich gezwungen, ihr Futter langsam zu futtern, da sich die Bröckchen nur eins nach dem anderen aufnehmen lassen. Im Napf ist ein Fischskelett eingelassen, welches gekonnt verhindert, das Futter unkontrolliert verschlungen wird. Es leider gibt immer wieder Tier, die ihr Futter so schnell runter schlingen, dass sie anschließend erbrechen müssen. Zudem verhindern solche Schälchen, das sinnlose Überfressen.Ich bin in der glücklichen Lage, diesen Langsamfressnapf nicht zu brauchen, aber aus Lust am Spiel nutzen zu können. Ich besitze bereits ein ähnliches Modell, welches uns viel Freude bereitet. Wir integrieren ihn oft in unser Fütterungsritual, damit meine Kater tagsüber etwas mehr Beschäftigung haben und nicht zu viel aus Langeweile fressen. Er ist Spiel und Spaß und keine Notwendigkeit. Zum Glück!Ich kann jedem Tierhalter einen Anti-Schling-Napf empfehlen! Entweder aus Spaß am Hangeln, oder aus gesundheitlichen Gründen. Dazu überzeugt dieser mich mit seinem sehr guten Material, der Haltbarkeit und den Saugnäpfen am Futterschüsselboden.

I bought this to help my chubby cat slow down her eating. I love the color, and I love that it’s the shape of a fish, but it’s too deep for my cat to reach the food. She gave up trying right away. I’ll keep it out to see if she figures out a way to get to her kibble, but it might be the shape of her face (flat) that makes it hard for her to reach her food.
